Abstract

Improving the quality of care for fragile persons at home is necessary to ensure that the person can confront the tasks of everyday's life. The purpose of this article is to present a literature review and analysis about the quality of care for fragile persons at home, in order to analyze the quality of services received, the organizational development and the actor's participation. Our study was more focused on the France context. Several problems have been identified by authors, from different points of view: organizational, health systems, legislation, ethics and use of not approved technology. Also, we have analyzed the literature focusing on different scenarios for fragile persons, such as the social, cultural, economic and technological context, thinking about organizational, financial and technical needs. This information allowed us to identify different scenarios for fragile persons, by describing and modelling schemes as developing organizational strategies and participation of stakeholders. In this paper we propose a new organizational logic model, or a modification of existing models, by integrating engaged actors and improving the services quality of care for fragile persons at home.
